Heights wins
HOMER CITY -- Cambria Heights defeated Homer-Center, 28-30 and West Shamokin, 25-34, in boys cross country with the help of third-place finisher Dan Hock in 20:21 on Wednesday.
The Heights girls topped West Shamokin, 19-40 and Homer-Center, 15-49, behind a winning time of 21:46 from Savannah Hoover.
