CORAPOLIS -- Hollidaysburg knocked off Neshannock in the finals of the Moon Area High School Girls Volleyball Tournament on Saturday with the help of all-tournament team members Emily Clapper and Sahara McNeal.
The Lady Tigers went 5-1 in pool play with two wins each against Neshannock and Hopewell. They split against Trinity.
Hollidaysburg entered the playoff bracket as the No. 3 seed and defeated Chartiers Valley in the quarterfinals and Knoch in the semifinals.
Altoona cruises
Cohen Crawford scored two goals, and Troy Peterman had two assists to lead Altoona in a 7-0 win over Mifflinburg at Mansion Park on Saturday.
The Mountain Lions also got goals from Colin Etters, Ian Long, Jace Black, Ian Lieb and Justin Bossler. Luke Mitchell recorded the shutout in goal for Altoona, which improved to 3-1 on the season.

CURWENSVILLE -- Mariah Hall scored four first half goals, and Mylee Mitchell scored three goals as Northern Bedford crushed Curwensville, 15-0, Saturday in high school girls soccer.
Alyssa Yeatts, Reaghan Grimes and Kitt Reininger each had two goals.
Lydia Koontz and Emily Dennis combined for the shutout in goal.

Heights triumphs
JOHNSTOWN -- Brooklyn Galinis had three goals and three assists, and Hannah Hite also scored three times to lift Cambria Heights to an 8-0 win over Westmont Hilltop on Saturday.
Maria Wendekier had the shutout in goal for the Lady Highlanders.

Flash beaten
MOON TOWNSHIP -- Anthony Chiccitt threw for three touchdowns to three different targets and Robert Morris pulled away in the second half to beat Saint Francis, 31-21, on Saturday in college football.
Chiccitt also caught a 25-yard touchdown pass from wideout Connor Becker to give the Colonials a 10-7 lead.
Chiccitt threw an 8-yard score to Noah Robinson with 34 seconds before halftime to put the Colonials (1-1) in front 17-14 and they never trailed again.
Saint Francis' (0-2) Coyle Doyle threw for 187 yards -- 111 to receiver Casey McKinney -- and a touchdown also to McKinney.
