The Spring Cove School Board approved Shawn Coppersmith as the Central varsity head varsity girls’ tennis coach for the 2023-24 season Monday evening with a salary of $2,111.20.

Coppersmith, who was the assistant varsity girls’ tennis coach for a little more than a year, is taking over for long-time coach John Riley who recently retired.
