UNIVERSITY PARK -- Dominic Capparella went the distance, allowing just one run and six hits while striking out five, to lead Bellefonte to a PIAA Class 4A baseball title, 7-1 over Dallas, on Saturday at Medlar Field at Lubrano Park.
Levi Purnell went 2-for-2 and drove in three runs, Trevor Johnson had two doubles and scored twice and Triston Heckman had two RBIs and scored twice for the Red Raiders, who capped off a 20-5 season.
