The Altoona Area High School boys volleyball team improved to 7-4 with a 25-18, 25-15, 25-16 win over Chambersburg on Tuesday at the AAHS Fieldhouse.
Sam Kessinger delivered 29 assists and 17 service points, including three aces, for Altoona, Caleb Fries had 11 kills and three blocks, Garrett Baumgartner had eights kills and nine digs, Zach Ronan contributed three blocks, and Landen Fisher added five kills.

RURAL VALLEY -- West Shamokin downed Bishop Guilfoyle in boys volleyball play, 25-16, 25-11, 25-16.
Ian Bennett had 18 assists for BG, Alex Pownall had six kills and two digs, Ryan Donoughe had six kills, and Noah Kelleher added two blocks.
