Altoona swept a high school track and field meet at Mansion Park Stadium on Tuesday against Carlisle with the boys winning, 92-56, and the girls prevailing, 107-43.
Hailey Kravetz led the Lady Lions with three individual wins -- 100-meter hurdles, 300 hurdles and 200 dash. Triumph Kilmartin won the long and triple jumps, and Kihlee Noel placed first in the shot put and discus.
Branson Adams won the long and triple jumps for the Altoona boys.

Red Raiders win ML
TYRONE -- Bellefonte clinched the Mountain League regular season title with a 78-72 win over Hollidaysburg and an 80-70 win over Tyrone. The Golden Tigers topped the Golden Eagles, 101-49.
Isaac Yarnell won the 100-, 200- and 400-meter dashes for Hollidaysburg, and Caden DeLattre won the triple jump and long jump.
On the girls side, Hollidaysburg defeated Bellefonte, 83-67 and Tyrone, 97-53. The Lady Raiders topped the Lady Eagles, 87-62.
Emily Waksmonski won the 200- and 400-meter dashes for the Lady Tigers, and Reagan Irons won the long and triple jumps for Tyrone.
