JOHNSTOWN -- Chestnut Ridge garnered six top seeds for this Saturday's District 5 Class 2A Wrestling Championships at the University of Pitt-Johnstown.
Chestnut Ridge top seeds include Dominic Deputy (107 pounds), Easton Mull (114) Brock Holderbaum (121), Kobi Burkett (127), Calan Bollman (145) and Sam Albright (152). Ridge also has two No. 2 seeds -- Mason Weyant at 133 and Alex Crist at 172.
Northern Bedford boasts one top seed in Eion Snider at 172 pounds. Second seeded wrestlers for the Black Panthers include Wyatt Clouse (114), Tyler Paris (160), Aaron Bowers (189) and Brock Beach (285).
Bedford has one top seed in Kross Cassidy at 133.
The wrestlers will be trying to advance to the PIAA Class 2A Southwest Regional, which will be held March 3-4 at the Altoona Fieldhouse.
