JOHNSTOWN -- Tournament MVP Mason Kargo scored 13 points and Portage went 12-of-14 from the foul line in the fourth quarter to pull out a 60-53 victory over Westmont Hilltop in the championship of the Westmont Hilltop Tip-off Tournament on Saturday in high school boys basketball.
Andrew Miko and Trae Kargo, who both made the all-tournament team, totaled 12 points apiece for the Mustangs.
