PHILIPSBURG -- Hollidaysburg improved to 14-3 with a 4-1 win at Philipsburg-Osceola Thursday night in boys high school soccer action.
The Golden Tigers, up 1-0 at the break, got a goal and an assist each from Nate Barton and Luka Waibel to lead the way.
Nate Crum and Nate Barton added goals. The Mounties got their lone goal from Carson Long.
Hollidaysburg will now wait for the District 6 3A playoffs to begin as its regular season is complete.

Bedford triumphs
BEDFORD -- Cole Taylor scored six goals and Caleb Wigfield added three goals as Bedford downed Bishop Guilfoyle, 11-0, in a game from Wednesday night.
Chase Bussard finished with six assists.
Keepers Layne Richardson and Kyler Weyant combined on the shutout for Bedford, which improved to 16-1-1.
