ARMAGH -- The Cambria Heights boys captured the team title in the Heritage Conference Championship Track and Field Meet on Tuesday at United High School.
Heights finished with 106 team points to edge out Northern Cambria and Marion Center, both with 96 points.
Senior Steven Yeckley and junior Tanner Trybus led the way for the Highlanders with two wins each. Yeckley won the 110- and 300-meter hurdles, and Trybus prevailed in the triple jump and long jump.
Also, junior Brock Eckenrode won the 800 run.
Marion Center won the girls title with 125 points. Cambria Heights finished tied for second with River Valley at 75 points.
Sophomore Paige Burkey sparked the Lady Highlanders with wins in the 100 dash and triple jump.
