TYRONE -- Tyrone scored four runs in the bottom of the sixth to beat Penns Valley, 10-8, Tuesday in high school softball.
The Lady Eagles (6-3) got two hits each from Beth Pearson and Tiffany Tuskovich. Pearson added three RBIs to go with a solo RBI from Tuskovich.

Lady Tigers lose
HOLLIDAYSBURG -- Emma Hipps fired a one-hitter with 18 strikeouts as unbeaten Clearfield edged Hollidaysburg, 5-1.
Abby Steiner homered in the fifth inning for the Lady Tigers' lone hit and run.
Lauren Ressler went 4-for-4 for the Lady Bison, and Ruby Singleton drove in two runs.
