The top two teams in Division 1 will square off for the championship of the Central Blair Rec Commission Lakemont Park Men's Summer Basketball League on Thursday night.
Top-seeded Superior Detailing & Accessories will face No. 2 seed Dairy Queen at 6:45 p.m. on Thursday to cap off two nights of five championship games.
Superior beat MRB, 63-58, on Tuesday behind Isaac Vescovi's 16 points, and Damon Rickens scored 13 in DQ's 61-42 triumph over Penstan HVAC.
Top-seeded Schon Chiropractic will face No. 2 ssed Shamrock Electric for the D2 championship at 5:45 p.m. on Thursday. Braden Kitt's 16 points helped Schon sideline Sideline Cancer, 51-46, and Josh Settle scored 11 in Shamrock's 42-41 squeaker over Snare & Associates Mortgage Services.
Three finals will be held tonight, starting with D5 at 5:30 p.m., followed by D4 at 6:30 and D3 at 7:30.
Second-seeded Imler's Poultry will play No. 5 seed Beating the Odds for the D5 title, fourth-seeded John Hill Real Estate meets No. 6 seed Center City Church in the D4 final, and No. 2 seed Thompson Machine Co. goes against No. 5 seed LB Trucking/Lacue's for the D3 crown.
Tyrone won the Junior High Division final on Tuesday, beating Image Signs (Altoona Maroon), 24-18.
