132 POUNDS: Finalists: Brock McMillen, Glendale vs. Anthony Glasl, Brockway. Champion: McMillen. Comment: McMillen is battle tested, and there will certainly be battles at this weight.

138 POUNDS: Finalists: Kaden Cassidy, Bedford vs. Kenny Kiser, Saegertown. Champion: Cassidy. Comment: I wouldn’t be surprised if St. Joe’s Zack Witmer made it a Southwest Regional rematch.

152 POUNDS: Finalists: Caleb Dowling, St. Joseph’s Catholic Academy vs. A.J. Corrado, Burrell. Champion: Dowling. Comment: Penns Valley’s Malachi DuVall is a possible finals candidate on Corrado’s side.

160 POUNDS: Finalists: Thayne Lawrence, Frazier vs. Andrew Cerniglia, Notre Dame GP. Champion: Lawrence. Comment: St. Joe’s Keegan Rothrock could make this a regional rematch.

170 POUNDS: Finalists: Matthew Arciuolo, Saucon Valley vs. Tyler Stoltzfus, St. Joe’s Catholic Academy. Champion: Stoltzfus. Comment: Freedom’s Trent Schultheis could fight his way through on Arciuolo’s side.

182 POUNDS: Finalists: Austin Walley, Ellwood City vs. Dylan Bennett, Montoursville. Champion: Walley. Comment: Saucon Valley’s Dane Csencsits will face Bennett in a big semifinal.

195 POUNDS: Finalists: Gaige Garcia, Southern Columbia vs. Ethan Rode, Newport. Champion: Garcia. Comment: Everybody is battling to get pinned by Garcia in the finals.

220 POUNDS: Finalists: Cory Johnston, Glendale vs. Duane Knisely, Chestnut Ridge. Champion: Knisely. Comment: Knisely was battle tested in the regional. This will be an interesting final if Johnston can get past Montoursville’s top-seeded Cameron Wood and Mount Union’s Jake Ryan.

285 POUNDS: Finalists: Colby Whitehill, Brookville vs. Jalen Stephens, Meyersdale. Champion: Whitehill. Comment: Whitehill wins his second state title.

OUTSTANDING WRESTLER: Gaige Garcia, Southern Columbia.
