Curve win streak halted
HARRISBURG — The Curve entered the All-Star break riding a four-game winning streak, but that came to an end in the first game back from the break Friday night. Harrisburg built a cushion early and held on late for a 7-5 win over Altoona at FNB Field. It was the Curve’s first game since Sunday, and the loss knocked them out of first place as Bowie moved a half-game ahead in the Southwest Division standings.
