Bowie scores late, often in win over Curve
From Mirror reports BOWIE, Md. — The Altoona Curve got off to a good start Wednesday night in Bowie, but it didn’t get any better after that first inning. Matt Gorski put Altoona on the board in the opening frame with an RBI double, but the Baysox pitching staff silenced Altoona for the rest of the contest as Bowie defeated the Curve, 5-1, in Eastern League action at Prince George’s Stadium.
