Curve release 2024 schedule

The Altoona Curve announced home game times and fireworks dates for the 2024 season on Monday. Opening day at PNG Field is slated for Tuesday, April 9, when the Curve host the Harrisburg Senators. The 2024 season will once again feature 6 p.m. start times for many of the team’s home games with 19 post-game fireworks shows slated throughout the 69-game home schedule. The Altoona Curve ended the 2023 season with a 4-3 win over the Akron Rubber Ducks Sunday to put the final touches on a 67-68 season. While the Curve failed to make the postseason, they ended the season having won nine of their final 11 games. It was a season filled with many highs and lows, symbolized by the Skyliner just beyond the right field at PNG Field. AKRON, OH — Omar Cruz struck out a season-high eight batters in 3-plus innings of relief for Altoona on Friday night as the Curve scored four unearned runs in the eighth inning to defeat the RubberDucks, 4-0, at Canal Park.
