Sports at a glance: Yankees’ Aaron Judge gets activated

NEW YORK -- Aaron Judge was reinstated from the 60-day injured list by the New York Yankees.

The three-time MVP hasn't played since May 31 because of a broken right rib. New York was off Monday and is scheduled to open a three-game series at home tonight against the Colorado Rockies.

Elsewhere in baseball:

-- Jesús Luzardo pitched a complete game for the first time in his career, leading the Phillies to a 1-0 win over the Braves on Monday. The game was the fastest in baseball this season, lasting just 1 hour and 51 minutes. Kyle Schwarber secured the win with his 43rd home run.

Stewart leads US team rout

BERLIN -- Breanna Stewart had 19 points, seven rebounds and six assists to help the United States women's basketball team rout the Czech Republic 105-64 on Sunday.

The Americans rebounded from their worst World Cup preliminary-round game in 50 years after edging Italy 55-52 on Sunday.

Next up for the U.S. is the quarterfinal round on Thursday. They'll face the winner of the Hungary vs. Japan game which takes place today.
