Athlete of the week achievement: Henderson won the 100 butterfly in 52.95 seconds and the 100 breaststroke in 1:00.39 before helping set a new meet record in winning the mixed 4X100 IM relay at the Laurel Highlands Athletic Conference championships. Earlier in the week, he won the 100 butterfly and 100 backstroke in a meet against Clearfield.
Season update: Henderson bettered his seed times in both of his victories and will attempt to do that again at the District 6 meet in February.
