PHILIPSBURG — Central scored 48 points in the first half on its way to a 65-52 victory on the road at Philipsburg-Osceola on Monday night in boys high school basketball action.
Dylan Hoover paced the Dragons (3-1) with 21 points for the night, while Jesse Muthler and Landyn Kasun both scored in double figures with 15 and 10 points, respectively.
Zach Myers poured in 30 points for the Mounties (2-3).

JOHNSTOWN — Caden Gibbons buried four 3-pointers en route to a 26-point night in helping Penn Cambria beat Richland, 62-59.
Gibbons also grabbed 20 rebounds. Blake Nadolsky contributed 12 points and 11 rebounds for the Panthers (4-1), and Landon Semelsberger added 11 points.
Glaiden Hale and Jemere Christian each scored 12 points for Richland (2-4).
