Barstool boss Dave Portnoy says not allowed inside OSU stadium Saturday

COLUMBUS, Ohio -- Dave Portnoy won't be inside Ohio Stadium with the Fox Sports' "Big Noon Kickoff" crew before the game between Texas and Ohio State this weekend.
The Barstool Sports founder posted a video Tuesday claiming Ohio State banned him and the "Barstool College Football Show" from campus.
Portnoy makes his Fox Sports debut Saturday after Barstool and the network announced a partnership last month. Ohio State said Tuesday that only the main desk crew would be allowed in the stadium and that Fox said Portnoy is not part of that crew. Fox Sports declined to comment on Portnoy's status.
Coach extended
KNOXVILLE, Tenn. -- Tennessee coach Josh Heupel has a one-year contract extension taking him through January 2030. Athletic director Danny White announced the extension Tuesday as a reward for Heupel posting a 37-15 record in his first four seasons.
White credited Heupel with reviving a football program that went 3-7 in 2020 before his hiring in January 2021. Heupel has 11 wins over Top 25 teams putting him sixth nationally among FBS coaches in that span. He led the Vols to their first College Football Playoff berth last season. The 24th-ranked Vols open this season Saturday in Atlanta against Syracuse.
