CHAMBERSBURG -- Jace Black's second half goal off an assist from Troy Peterman was all Altoona needed in a 1-0 win over Chambersburg Tuesday in boys high school soccer action.

Luke Mitchell notched the shutout for the Mountain Lions (5-1).

Arbogast leads Tigers

WINGATE -- Alex Arbogast delivered the game-winning goal for Hollidaysburg off an assist from Owen Naugle in the second half to lift the Golden Tigers past Bald Eagle Area, 2-1, in Laurel Highlands Athletic Conference action.

Micah Blake recorded the first Tiger goal on an assist by Luca Waibel in the opening half as the Tigers improved to 5-1 on the season.

DUBOIS -- Blair County Christian rallied from a 3-goal deficit at the half with five in the second half to finish tied at 7-7 with DuBois Christian.

Seth Nicodemus had four goals to go with two goals from Dalton Snyder, while Donovan Bickings posted his first goal of the season to account for the other BCC goal.
