Christopher J. Green, 41, of Homer City, formerly of Cresson, died Thursday. He was born in Altoona, the son of Betty Green Bucynski. He was predeceased by grandparents, Edna and Howard Dibble; and brothers, Ronald and Roger Latterner. Surviving are his mother; stepfather, John Bucynski; his companion, Kilynn Reed, and their daughter, Willow; a son, Andrew, and his daughters, Amelia and Davina; his brother, Charlie; and a sister, Jennifer Bucynski. Services will be held at 9 a.m. Monday, March 30, 2026, at Matthew R. Decort Funeral Home & Cremation Services Inc., Portage.

Debra K. Garber, 66, of Hesston, passed away Tuesday at Penn Highlands, Huntingdon. She was born in Williamsburg, a daughter of the late Benjamin F. Lear Jr. and Verna Mae (Beck) Lear-Garber. She was married to Marvin L. Garber for more than 44 years. He survives, along with a son, Brian Garber (Kim) of Altoona; and a sister, Mae Louise Lear of Huntingdon.
