I know her as “Susie.” We both attended college at Pitt. While I stayed in the Pittsburgh area, Bigelow-Cherry returned home. My sister Desiree was a young lady with a disability. When the murderer who murdered the insurance executive was caught in Altoona, I was surprised when some on social media applauded the coward. I was even more surprised to read in the Mirror about a teacher in an area school district who basically had the same reaction to the murder of Charlie Kirk. Our legislators should support Pennsylvania House Bill 1811, which amends Title 34 to ensure that the Pennsylvania Game Commission pays fair market value for land acquisitions intended for use as state game lands, aligning pricing authority with real-world land values.
