Turning out the vote is of utmost importance when it comes to state and local elections.
Recently our current governor was pursuing an overreach by changing regulations within the department of health which would have deeply affected privacy and autonomy in regards to our families, children and businesses.
Republican Sen. Judy Ward was the first to stand up via media to call out the governor with this dangerous overreach. Her boldness enabled many of us to speak out and stop the overreach.
Ward has been one of our most valued consistently conservative candidates since winning the state Senate office in 2019. She is once again on our midterm ballot. She is one example of why voting in the midterms is of utmost importance to each of us here in Blair County. Your vote counts
