For the past 35 years, I have operated a small business and listened to Democratic candidates tell me
that they want to "do more to help small business." Most of us just want to pursue our dreams without
the hindrance of well‐meaning progressives telling us what we need to "invest" our resources in. As was
Evidenced by Gov. Josh Shapiro's 500‐page rewrite of our public health regulations, allowing warrantless searches and eliminating the term "mother" from our health code, Democrats seem to have no limits to their
thirst for control and power over the people who they claim to represent.
I encourage my fellow residents to join me in voting for Republicans Judy Ward and Stacy Garrity on
Nov. 3. The Democratic Socialists are on the march. The only way that they win is when Republicans stay home on Election Day. Get out and vote.
