Where are the lower food, drug prices?

So Donald Trump’s pitch for affordability (I’m sure the word sent his billionaire buddies rushing for a dictionary) lasted all of about a week before he labeled it a “Democrat hoax.”

A hoax? Really? Americans not heavily invested in crypto would wholeheartedly disagree. As a presidential candidate, Donald Trump didn’t think it was a hoax when he needed votes and made wild promises that absolutely nobody with a functioning BS detector would believe. Like these: “Starting the day I take the oath of office, I will rapidly drive prices down and we will make America affordable again.”

“We’re going to get your energy prices down by 50%.”

This graduate of the prestigious Wharton business school has even promised to bring drug prices down “1,000 percent,” which means drug companies would be paying us to take their pills.

Now he has a million-dollar visa scheme he expects us to believe will attract a better class of immigrant. He thinks wealth makes people better. Two words: Jeffrey Epstein.

Trump is either stupid or thinks the American people are. Maybe both. One thing is for sure. Remember the White House meme of Trump piloting a jet dropping feces on No Kings participants in New York City? Not all that feces was coming from the plane.
