Recently a writer on the Editorial Page said that America was heading in the right direction after four years of chaos under the Biden administration and his cabinet being the worst that ever served in the White House, well let’s talk about this terrible administration.

Biden passed the Infrastructure Bill which Altoona received $40 million dollars from the Inflation Reduction Act, The American Rescue Plan, The Pact Act for veterans, The Chips and Science Act, lowered prescription drug prices for seniors, saw the creation of over 15 million jobs with job growth every month for over three and a half years, over 35 million infrastructure projects created, manufacturing spending grew over 200%, lowest unemployment rate since 1969 at 3.8%, economic growth was 18.8%, trade deficit was 1.6% and the deficit was lowered by over $1 trillion dollars.

Now let’s check Trump’s right direction. He increased the deficit by over $10 trillion dollars, the trade deficit rose by 21%, he lost over three million jobs so far, unemployment is at 6.3%, manufacturing job loss is at 154,000, trade deficit is at 40.5%. He withdrew from the Paris Climate Accord, the World Health Organization, USAID, he cut $300 billion from SNAP and $1 trillion from Medicaid, also he’s a convicted felon.

I guess when your party is a failure you have to demonize the successful party to make yours a little better.
