I've lived in Altoona all my life, and I've lived in the Oak Avenue area for almost 38 years.
My question is why is Oak Avenue between 30th and 31st Street so neglected?
It's clearly not part of the parking lot of Dollar General because it's clearly marked by city street markers as a street.
If I may make a suggestion to the city of Altoona: Get this street fixed before someone gets hurt and/or severely damages their car.
