I’ve had the pleasure of working with Attorney Bigelow-Cherry for nearly a decade and have seen firsthand her dedication to justice and the citizens of Blair County.

Magisterial district justices fulfill a vital role in our legal system. They handle a wide range of matters, from civil claims and landlord-tenant disputes, to preliminary hearings in criminal cases.

For many people, this is their day in court. It is essential to the efficient function of our judicial system that these decisions are grounded in the law.

As a practicing lawyer, Bigelow-Cherry is uniquely suited to ensure that all parties receive not only justice, but also due process.
