I have been privileged to know Lou for eight years after we met through various social and political functions.
Lou impressed me with his legal acumen and insight, along with his calm demeanor during our discussions.
Lou's position as representative of the 79th District allows him to work on issues that include tax reform, encouraging companies from leaving and Pennsylvania's serious drug epidemic.
Lou's impartiality when listening to both sides and his fairness in decision-making are necessary qualities that he employs every day and would bring to his judgeship position.
