As the former president/CEO of the Altoona Blair County Development Corp., I had the opportunity to work with numerous elected officials at all levels of government, and I can say without reservation that Lou Schmitt exemplifies the highest qualities of dedication, experience, commitment, integrity and service to the positions he has held and to the constituents and communities he has served.
