Today, March 5, I just finished reading the article that the “right” Altoona Mirror on Page A5 on DOGE’s planned closing of many federal offices in Pennsylvania, including the IRS office in Altoona and other offices in State College and others throughout the state.

These two men, President Elon Musk and his assistant Donald Trump, are leading our state and country on a path to authoritarian rule, where only the multimillionaires and billionaires will be in complete control of our country, our lives and our livelihood.

They are removing government agencies and employees who are there to service the poor and average American citizens.

They have accountants who handle their wealth; the average Joe has to contact their local IRS office if they have a question or need help during tax season. And their removal of employees working in our national forest and other government agencies are there for the assistance, enjoyment and recreation of the average American.

They couldn’t care less about you and me. They are looking out for themselves and their wealthy friends and family. Wake up America. Elon Musk bought the U.S. presidency for $250 million from Donald Trump.
