Gov. Josh Shapiro claims Pennsylvania stands to benefit by $1.3 billion from legalizing recreational marijuana. How much of that $1.3 billion will be used to make sure that "recreational marijuana for adults" will be kept away from usage by children and young adults?
Is $1.3 billion the acceptable going price to fry the young brains that are still trying to recover from the learning losses incurred from the COVID shutdowns?
The current marijuana circulating is not the pot of the 1970s and '80s and will do much more harm to developing minds.
If Shapiro legalizes recreational marijuana, will he take responsibility and accountability for keeping it out of the hands of children? If you're going to make it more available to adults, you're also going to make it more available to children and young adults.
On Feb. 1, 2025, Special Envoy to President Donald Trump, Richard Grenell, flew to Venezuela to speak with President Nicholas Madero concerning six American citizens being held there. A few hours later, Grenell flew back to the USA with the six released prisoners. Was there any newspaper reporting by the Associated Press on this accomplishment?
