The activist first circuit judge in Rhode Island, John J. McConnell, has ruled that the administration cannot investigate for fraud unless it is aware of a specific fraud to investigate. That may be true in a criminal case, but this is not a criminal case. It is an internal audit.
How can the government uncover waste and fraud if it cannot conduct internal audits?
If the president's lawyers can't use that argument, they should be fired. If a judge doesn't comprehend that, he should be removed.
If you agree with the judge, you should rethink your position and loyalty to the Democratic Party and whether the party is concerned with your welfare and that of the country.
