Chaos — behavior so unpredictable as to appear random, owing to great sensitivity to small changes in conditions. That is what America is subjected to daily since the election of Donald Trump.

Necessary agencies are being downsized or completely eliminated. Military troops are currently deployed at random for unusual assignments. Internet and broadcast communication are facing possible censorship or disbandment.

When the general public is disorganized they risk the loss of democracy. Communication in these times is absolutely necessary. Information in print by the free press is far less controllable than digital or on-air information.

Our community has a free press newspaper that is not controlled or influenced by outside groups, the government or the rich.

We are best to support our local newspaper and keep the presses rolling.

The greatest defense against chaos is an informed public with uncensored information distributed in print.
