Mother appreciates kindness toward son
My son, James, is 19 and has autism.
The last few weeks he has been watching videos of snowmobiles and really wanted to go for a ride on one.
The Glendale Lake Snowmobile Club was made aware of this and Rob, a member of the club, got in touch with us within a few days. We met Rob and several of his friends from the club at Glendale Lake.
James got to go for a ride and it meant the world to him.
Finding activities that will help someone on the autism spectrum engage with people is difficult, and I can’t thank Rob and his group enough for doing this for James.
