Nothing should sidetrack the Altoona Water Authority from entering into a contract with a King of Prussia law firm involving collection of large unpaid bills in arrears for more than 90 days. Anyone who read the Nov. 28 Mirror front-page article “Homeless students a concern in region” had to have felt somewhat troubled about the scope of the problem in Blair County.
