1 min read

Letters concerning the Nov. 8 general election or candidates running in the election must be received in the Mirror's newsroom by 4 p.m. Friday, Oct. 14.

There is a limit of one letter per person in each election cycle.

To be considered for publication, election-related letters cannot exceed 150 words and must include the author's name, complete home mailing address and telephone number for verification.

Because of the volume of letters, the Mirror cannot acknowledge letters exceeding 150 words, and they won't be published.

Letters can be emailed to opinion@altoonamirror.com; or dropped off in person from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday. Letters must be emailed or typed. Hand-written letters are not accepted.

Starting at /week.
