Susan Kay (Garman) White, 73, of Duncansville, passed away Sunday. Susan was born in Altoona, to late parents, Harry and Donna (Barndollar) Garman. Surviving are her husband, Dennis; daughters: Annette White, Nicole Lessner and Denise White; and several grandchildren. She was preceded by in death by Robert Garman. She graduated from Hollidaysburg High School and later from Altoona Beauty School. Susan enjoyed sewing, the beach, lighthouses and time with her family. Elmer Leroy Bradford Jr., 65, of Tipton, passed away Sunday. He was born in Altoona, son of the late Elmer and Ruth (Walters) Bradford Sr. In 1980, he married Darlyne Patricia Bradford. She preceded him in death Nov. 20, 2023. Elmer is survived by a daughter, Shawnta (Adam) Plubell; and four grandchildren: Patricia, Gracie, Dominic and Dakota. He worked for Kunzler’s Quality Meats, where he spent time in many of the departments.
