Christine M. Bender, 55, of Davidsville, formerly of Ebensburg, died Thursday. She was born in Johnstown, the daughter of Martin and Agnes (Weakland) Bender. Christine was preceded in death by her father. She is survived by her mother of Davidsville; a brother, Martin Jr. and his wife, the former Jacqueline (Sloan) Bender, of Johnstown; a nephew, William (Billie Jo) Bender; and great-nephews and niece: William, Kennedy and Martin.
