Ronald Calvin Detwiler, 80, of Tyrone, passed away Friday. He was born in Tyrone, son of the late Ralph and Harriet (Drake) Detwiler. He is survived by sons: Ronald C. (Elizabeth) Detwiler II and Adam M. (Katie) Detwiler; nine grandchildren; a great-grandchild; and brothers, Robert and Raymond. He was preceded in death by siblings: Stan, Tillie, Jim, Betty, Shirly, Carl, Warren and Mary Ann. Ronald was a graduate of Tyrone High School and worked as a dairy farmer on his family farm.
