Nettie M. Mooney, 76, of Hollidaysburg, passed away Friday. She was born in Altoona, a daughter of the late Elvin and Icy Regina (Longenecker) Rightenour. Surviving are children, Bryan Rightenour and Kimberly Theys; six grandchildren; and siblings: Fern Dick, Willis, Robert and George Rightenour. She was preceded in death by siblings: Sarah Redman, Eleanor Lawrence and Barry, Glenn, Merle, James and John Rightenour. Richard L. ‘Rick’ Hoover

Richard L. “Rick” Hoover, 73, of Tyrone, passed away peacefully on Friday. He was born in Altoona on July 9, 1952, a son of the late Richard E. and Phylis (Kooken) Hoover. On March 23, 1974, in Tyrone, he married Jennifer (Noel) Hoover, who survives. Also surviving are his son, Jason (Tara) Hoover; and brother, Greg (Beth) Hoover. He was preceded in death by his son, Justin Hoover, on June 15, 2020. Rick was a 1970 graduate of Tyrone Area High School. He served and was honorably discharged from the US Air Force in 1974.
