Carl W. Marshall, 70, of Erie, formerly of Altoona, died March 8, 2026. He was born in Lock Haven, son of the late William and Dorothy (Herr) Marshall. He was preceded in death by his wife, Tina (Gibbons); and brothers, Bill and John. Surviving are his children, Toni Kissell and James Marshall; grandsons: Benjamin, Noah and Lucas Kissell; and a brother, Gary. Carl retired from Hite Company. Ramona G. (Dively) Shannon, 79, of Altoona, died early Thursday morning at her residence. She was born in Altoona, the daughter of William H. and Sara A. (Britton) Dively. She was twice married, first to Ronald H. Fagan Sr., and then to James E. Shannon, both of whom preceded her in death. Surviving are four children: daughter, Tammy L. Stephen John Duhan, 91, of James Creek, passed away Monday. He was born in Wilkins Township, Pittsburgh, son of the late Stephen and Susan (Barsula) Duhan.
