Carl W. Marshall, 70, of Erie, formerly of Altoona, died March 8, 2026. He was born in Lock Haven, son of the late William and Dorothy (Herr) Marshall. He was preceded in death by his wife, Tina (Gibbons); and brothers, Bill and John. Surviving are his children, Toni Kissell and James Marshall; grandsons: Benjamin, Noah and Lucas Kissell; and a brother, Gary. Carl retired from Hite Company.
