Theda P. (Smith) Shaw, 96, of Duncansville, passed away Wednesday. She was born in Newry, daughter of the late Theodore and Ellen (Smith) Smith.
She married Marion F. Shaw, who preceded her in death in 1996 after sharing 46 years of marriage.
Surviving are a daughter, Peggy Salyards and husband, George, of Duncansville; a son, Thomas Shaw and wife, Cindy, of Roaring Spring; eight grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.
Theda graduated from Hollidaysburg High School about 1948 and was a homemaker.
She enjoyed spending time with her family and watching wildlife from her window.
All services are private at Sorge Funeral Home & Crematory Inc., Hollidaysburg.
Private interment at Alto-Reste Park.
