Susan J. Slebodnick, 68, Cresson, passed away peacefully Friday.
She was born in Sankertown, daughter of the late Joseph Sr. and Elda (Van Blargan) Harber.
Surviving are her husband, Robert Slebodnick Sr.; children: Kevin Slebodnick and wife, Krista McIntosh; Shannon (McCloskey) Stiffler and husband, Damian; Robert Slebodnick Jr. and wife, Tammy; Stacey Frantz and husband, Jim; Rick Slebodnick and partner; Mike Edwards; and Sharon Edwards and husband, Scott; grandchildren: Kelsey Slebodnick, Jacob McCarthy, Addison McCloskey, David Slebodnick and wife, Marissa, Cody Slebodnick and wife, Haley, Jessie Burkardt, Breanna Henry and husband, Jim, and Amanda and Scott Edwards; siblings: Barb Buck, Diane Proudfit, Sandy Little and Rick Harber and wife, Lucy; several great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews; all of whom who will miss her dearly, but will carry her memory and the love she gave them for generations to come.
She was preceded in death by her son, Matthew McCloskey; and siblings, Alan Harber, Joseph Harber Jr., Duane Harber and Beverly Frederick.
Susan was a graduate of Penn Cambria High School. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and cherished friend. She was a caring woman whose greatest joy in life was her family. Her home was a place where family and friends could always find a warm meal and a listening ear. She treasured every moment spent with her family and created countless memories that will live on in the hearts of those who knew her.
At Susan's request, there will be no viewing or services. Arrangements are by Anderson Family Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 233 Keystone Ave., Cresson.
