Gail Hammerle, 84, of Brookville, passed away Friday while a resident at Clarion Health and Rehab in Clarion. Gail was born in Wilkinsburg, the daughter of the late John and Martha (Burridge) Mosley.
She married the Rev. David C. Hammerle. He preceded her in passing on May 25, 2023.
Gail was very involved in the church. She taught Sunday school and played the organ for more than 30 years. She loved to sing and put on Vacation Bible School for the children.
Gail is survived by two children, Terry Albright and Jason Hammerle; four grandchildren: Austin, Karaann, Bailey and Quinn; and a sister, Ruth Fisher.
In addition to her parents and husband, Gail was preceded in passing by two brothers, John and Richie.
A memorial service will be held at 6 p.m. Friday, Oct. 16, 2026, at Hollentown Assembly of God, 749 Executive Drive, Fallentimber.
