Allen T. Farber, 63, of Martinsburg, passed away peacefully at home on Sept. 30, 2026.
He leaves behind his sisters: Carol Burkhart of Hollidaysburg, Janet Aurandt and Elizabeth Jukes, both of Altoona; sister-in-law, Doloris Farber of Mahaffey; brothers-in-law, Edward Fuller of Pueblo West, Colo., and Joseph Buzzard of Hollidaysburg; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Archie and Alma Farber of Martinsburg; sisters: Faith Nichols, Amy Buzzard and Patience Fuller; a brother, Archie "Bud" Farber; and brothers-in-law, James Aurandt and Robert Burkhart.
He was a quiet man who appreciated solitude, the simple comforts of home, hunting, fishing and his friends at Ventura Construction, where he was employed for the last 16 years as a mechanic.
Al will be sadly missed by all those who knew his gentle manner and understood his skills and abilities.
