Patrick M. Flanagan, 68, of East Freedom, died Sept. 1, 2026. He was the son of the late Raymond and Laura (Ritchey) Flanagan. Surviving are his three sons: Patrick, Shawn and Chance; his two brothers, Gerald and Raymond; his sister, Paula Malia; and seven grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, Sept. 11, 2026, at Rose Hill Funeral & Cremation Care Inc., 118 Rosehill Cemetery Drive, Altoona.
