Kathryn H. (Hoover) Glacken, 83, Altoona, died Monday. She was born in Altoona, daughter of the late Sherwood and Olive (Gibboney) Hoover. Her brother, John Hoover, preceded her in death. Surviving are her husband, Charles; children: Charline Glacken, William Glacken and Kathryn Glacken; four grandchildren; a great-grandson; sister-in-law, Kiyoko Hoover; and nephew, James Hoover. Friends will be received from 2 until the 4 p.m. service Friday, Sept. 25, 2026, at Rose Hill Funeral & Cremation Care Inc., 118 Rosehill Cemetery Drive, Altoona.
