Gloria L. Weaver, 84, a resident of Graystone Manor Bellmeade, formerly of Claysburg and McKee, passed away Tuesday at the home. She was born in Hollidaysburg, daughter of the late George E. Sr. and Mary (Wentz) Hammel.
She married Gary R. Weaver on May 18, 1957, in Berryville, Va. He passed away Oct. 31, 2015.
Surviving are her four children: Donald R. and wife, Julie, of Roaring Spring, Mike of Coalport, Diane Daugherty and husband, Tom, of East Freedom and Rick and wife, Kim, of Patton; 14 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Tammy; a son, Mark; sisters, Zelda Weaver and Phyllis Walter; and brothers, George Jr. and Roy Hammel.
Gloria attended Grace Fellowship Church - Leamersville Campus.
She retired from Cove Shoe Co. in 2001, after 17 years of service.
Gloria enjoyed crocheting and building puzzles.
Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, Sept. 4, 2026, at Grace Fellowship Church - Leamersville Campus, 14 Brethren Lane, Duncansville, PA 16635.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 5, 2026, at the church, with Pastor Mark Lingenfelter officiating.
Interment at Leamersville Riverview Cemetery.
Arrangements are by Harry E. Miller Funeral and Cremation Services Inc., Claysburg.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be given to the church.
